1. 乘客乘坐或租用本公司所代理的任何由香港往返內地的跨界車輛(包括大巴、中巴及小轎車等)及/或途中進行轉駁服務的車輛,須清楚了解並同意遵守本公司所制定的《乘客須知》,本《乘客須知》將不定期進行修改,以最新版本為準。
  2. 乘客購買本公司所代理的車票(以下簡稱「車票」或「票」),或租用本公司所代理的車輛,有用本公司名下的車輛(包括分別在港、粵兩地注冊的公司車輛),亦有用其它公司名下的車輛營運(包括分別在港、粵兩地注冊的公司車輛),因此,一切交通安全和保險責任、服務責任概由該等營運車輛所屬的公司或機構負責。乘客可在出發前向本公司(香港電話852-36040118 內地4006630118)查詢並決定是否接受該等公司的車輛所提供的服務。
  3. 本公司代理的跨界班車或跨界租車服務,並非都是一站式原車全程直達。為縮短營運時間、提高營運效率及為乘客提供快捷方便的服務,本公司每次均因應班次、客源、運力和調度等情況,適當安排上落停靠站點和換車轉駁服務(如深圳皇崗、文錦渡、沙頭角口岸等地轉駁),有的情況下還會使用香港車輛(負責香港地段)和內地車輛(負責內地地段) 聯運完成。本公司有絕對酌情權,每次按車輛實際調度情況,要求乘客轉乘本公司代理的其它車輛(包括內地車輛)送達目的地。
  4. 為了確保乘車安全和順利出入境,根據香港運輸署“經營國際乘客服務的條件”有關規定,本公司有權要求乘客出示有效的證件和簽證予本公司職員檢查,乘客不得拒絕。
  5. 乘客必須帶齊有效的出入境證件,如因證件、簽證等問題未符合內地及香港兩地有關規定而未能進出境或被滯留,責任由乘客自負,本公司不作退票處理或任何其它賠償。
  6. 乘客在出入境時如因個人證件、行李物品等被查驗或其它原因造成通關被阻延,本公司車長或當值職員有絕對酌情權,因應情況而作出等候與否及/或等候時間長短之決定,乘客不得藉詞索償。
  7. 由於道路交通狀況、出入境延誤、機件故障、交通事故或任何其它原因,引致班車未能按正常時間出發及/或行駛及/或抵達而令乘客耽誤其原定行程,並引致任何有關損失,本公司概不負責賠償,也不負擔任何責任。
  8. 根據香港政府及內地的有關規定,乘客不准攜帶易燃、易爆、走私物品及兩地海關禁止的有關違禁物品乘車,如因乘客不遵守有關規定而發生任何事故,一切責任概由攜帶者承擔,攜帶者並承諾彌償本公司因此而引致的一切損失。
  9. 不論隨車攜帶或擺放在車輛行李箱內、車箱內的行李物品均由乘客自行負責風險。因此,本公司提醒乘客在每次班車停站或上、下車時必須自行小心留意看管自己的行李物品,貴重物品更須隨身攜帶,如任何行李物件有遺失或損毀,不論何種原因,本公司概不負責賠償。
  10. 每票可免費攜帶10公斤以下行李,超重部分將按規定每公斤收取行李費港幣50元,對特重、特長、特大行李(以長闊高相加之總和不超過150cm為限)以及被本公司在行使絕對酌情權之下認為不宜擺放上車的其它物品,本公司有絕對酌情權不容許其擺放上車,乘客不得異議。
  11. 基於交通規則及安全理由,乘客須絕對服從指示,在我司原指定及/或當值職員根據實際情況當即指定的地點上落。
  12. 本公司所代理的營運車輛均由各車輛所屬機構在香港及/或內地按規定購買第三者責任險等保險,如發生交通事故,除保險公司根據有關保險條例規定所作出之賠償外,本公司概不承擔任何其它賠償責任;如車輛在內地發生交通事故,受傷乘客必須留在現場等待當地公安及交警在事故現場處理及登記後,方可離開現場,擅自離開現場或沒有交警在事故現場登記而導致保險無據可依而拒賠者,本公司概不負責。
  13. 如因懸掛8號風球或其它原因引致交通中斷,本公司有絕對酌情權因應各種特殊情況,或將乘客改送其它口岸(包括羅湖、文錦渡等)進出境,或將乘客改送其它地點乘搭交通工具等,亦或會採取其它應變的措施,屆時本公司有絕對酌情權根據不同情況退回部份票款;如因懸掛8號風球或其它原因,本公司認為車輛不能安全行駛,乘客可於一個月內到香港中旅社各分社或本公司辦理退款手續,逾時不受理。如在開車前2小時改懸掛3號或以下風球,班車可正常行駛,我司不接受退票。因懸掛8號或以上風球或其它原因給乘客帶來任何不便或損失,本公司概不負責、也不承擔任何責任。
  14. 車票當天當班次有效,不得延期。乘客須於開車時間前10分鐘到達乘車地點,以便準時乘車,逾時不候。
  15. 每車票概限一位乘客。香港國際機場及香港市區往返內地線路:
    設小童票之線路:6歲或以上(包括6歲)購成人全票,3-5歲購小童票(不包括6歲),3歲以下(不包括3歲)免票(不佔座位)。
    不設小童票之線路: 3歲或以上(包括3歲)購全票(大小同價),3歲以下(不包括3歲)免票(不佔座位)。

  16. 單程票可以在發車日期不少於兩個工作天以前到原售票點申請退票,退款為票價的50%,否則不接受退票;自由票、套票及不定期套票均不接受退票。
  17. 乘客可隨時在本公司售票處取閱《乘客須知》或來電查詢、索取。本公司保留更改此《乘客須知》內任何條款的權利而毋需通知任何乘客。
  18. 本《乘客須知》的有關條款適用於本公司及本公司所代理的過境班車、轉駁車和租車等所有服務。本《乘客須知》的條文,香港中旅汽車服務有限公司有絕對及排外的解釋權,乘客不得異議。
  19. 請勿在車廂內吸煙或飲食,多謝合作。
  20. 《乘客須知》有英文翻譯本,如有不符,以中文版本為準。

  1. A passenger who takes or hires any cross-border vehicle (includes coaches, light bus and limousine etc.) travel between. Hong Kong and the Mainland or transit vehicles of any size owned by the Company or provided by the Company in the capacity of an agent for the vehicle owners shall understand clearly and abide by this “Notice to Passengers”, which is subject to revision. by the Company from time to time and which latest version shall prevai
  2. A transportation vehicle (registered in Hong Kong or the Mainland) may be owned by the Company or by other companies or organizations.. The companies or organizations that own the relevant vehicle in operation shall . be solely liable for all safety, insurance and service. responsibilities of the passengers they carry. A passenger may inquire about the particulars of the relevant vehicles and their ownership before they decide whether to accept the service of the same before his/her departure.   3. A passenger shall be aware that the Company does not necessarily provide a one-stop and one-vehicle service.. With a view to shorten transportation period, improve operation efficiency and supply rapid and convenient service, the Company has the absolute discretion, in accordance with schedules, passengers' source, transportation capacity and dispatch conditions to arrange boarding points or stops or change vehicles or transit vehicles (such as transit at Huanggang port, Man Kam To, Shatoujiao and so on) for any run. Thus, Hong Kong vehicles (responsible for the Hong Kong route) and mainland vehicles (responsible for the Mainland route) will be combined for transportation under some circumstances. The Company has the absolute discretion to request a passenger to transfer to another vehicle (including mainland vehicles) to go to the destination.
  4. To ensure safe and smooth transit, in accordance with relevant provisions of Terms and Conditions of International Passengers Services issued by Hong Kong Government's Transport Department, the Company is entitled to request a passenger to show his/her valid permit or visa. which the passenger shall not refuse.
  5. A passenger shall bring along a valid exit/entry permit to pass through the checkpoints. A passenger shall bear the responsibilities if he/she is detained or fails to pass through the checkpoints due to his/her permit or visa not conforming to the rules and regulations of Hong Kong and/or the Mainland. The Company will not make any compensation and the ticket is not refundable.
  6. For any hindrance to a vehicle's moving on due to the inspection of a passenger's personal permit, baggage, articles or any other goods, the Company's officer in charge or staff on duty is entitled to decide at his/her absolute discretion whether to wait or how long to wait. No compensation shall be claimed by any passenger.
  7. The Company shall not be responsible for any delay in departure time, transit or arrival time due to traffic conditions, delay in crossing the checkpoints, mechanical breakdown or traffic accidents or any other reasons whatsoever. No compensation shall be claimed by any passenger.
  8. In accordance with regulations of Hong Kong government and the Mainland, a passenger is not allowed to carry on board any inflammable or explosive or smuggling goods or any contraband that both customs forbid. Should any cases happen due to a passenger's violation of the above provision, the violator shall be held responsible for any consequences, including compensating the Company for any loss arising therefrom.
  9. Baggage are carried or placed in the baggage cabin and cabin by the passengers at their own risk. Thus, the Company reminds all passengers that each person should take charge of his/her baggage with care in particular whenever the vehicle stops or when he/she gets on or off the vehicle.. All valuable goods should be carried with himself/herself personally at all times. The Company is not liable for any loss suffered by passengers under any circumstances
  10. A passenger holding a ticket is entitled to free baggage allowance of 10 kg. Extra weight will be charged HKD50.00 per kg. The Company has the absolute discretion to reject carrying. of any exceptionally heavy ,. exceptionally long or exceptionally large. baggage (whose length width and height adds up to more than 150cm) or any other goods that is regarded unsuitable to be placed in the vehicle by the Company in its absolute discretion. No objection shall be raised by any passenger.
  11. Due to safety and traffic regulations, a passenger shall get on or off a vehicle at the designated location in accordance with. the original instruction given by the Company and/or the instruction given by the staff on duty made in view of the relevant circumstances at the relevant time
  12. The Company and all organizations that own the relevant vehicles in operation would arrange their own third-party liability insurance and other insurance coverage in Hong Kong and/or the Mainland on their own accord. In case of a traffic accident, the victim shall claim against the relevant insurance company for compensation and the Company shall not be liable for any other compensations. Should a traffic accident occur in the Mainland, an injured passenger shall not leave the scene of accident until local public security and traffic policemen arrive to deal with the matter and take relevant records. The Company will not be responsible for any refusal of indemnity from insurance companies due the departure of a passenger from the scene without authorization or the lack of record taken by local policemen.
  13. Should transportation be held up due to a hoist of signal No. 8 or above or any other circumstances, the Company has the absolute discretion to transfer the concerned passengers to exit through other checkpoints (including Lo Wu, Man Kam To etc.) or to other locations for taking means of transportation, or adopt any other measures to meet the emergency. .Under these circumstances, the Company has the absolute discretion to issue partial refunds to the passengers in accordance with individual cases. Should the Company fail to perform normal transportation service due to signal No 8 or any other. circumstances which the Company considers unsafe for the relevant transport, a passenger may claim a refund from the Company or any branch of Hong Kong China Travel Service Ltd. within one month from the scheduled date indicated on the ticket. Out-of-time claim is not acceptable. If signal No.3 or below is hoisted within 2 hours before the scheduled departure and the company's transportation service is back to normal, no refund would be given. The Company shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising from signal No. 8 or above or any other circumstances.
  14. A ticket is valid for the scheduled run on the day at the designated time. No postponement is permitted. A passenger should arrive at the designated boarding point 10 minutes prior to departure. No waiting for a late passenger.
  15. A ticket can only be valid for one passenger. For the routes from Hong Kong Airport or Hong Kong downtown to the Mainland,
    The routes which are set child fare: a passenger who is on or above 6 years of age is charged adult fare, 3-5 years of age is charged child fare, an infant under 3 years of age and not occupying a separated seat is free of charge.
    The routes which are not set child fare: a passenger who is on or above 3 years of age is charged adult fare, an infant under 3 years of age and not occupying a separated seat is free of charge.
  16. A single-journey ticket may be refunded from the original booking office if request for the refund is made more than 2 working days prior to scheduled departure as indicated on the ticket at a rate of 50% off the fare. Open tickets, round-trip tickets and open round-trip tickets are however not refundable.
  17. A passenger can obtain this “Notice to Passenger” at any booking office of the Company or through enquiry by phone. The Company reserves the absolute right to amend to the “Notice to Passengers” without prior notice given to any passenger.
  18. This “Notice to Passengers” shall apply to all transportation service regarding cross-border regular buses, transit and hire vehicles whether owned by the Company or owned by other companies. The Company has the absolute and exclusive right to interpret all the provisions of this “Notice to Passengers”. No objection shall be raised by any passenger.
  19. Please do not smoke eat or drink on bus, thank you.
  20. This Notice to Passengers is written in both Chinese and English. Should there be any discrepancy between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
